Complaint Details
I ordered a OnePlus Band on November 21, 2025 and it hasn't been delivered yet. It's showing the shipping process so I went back to the website to contact them. But none of their contact details are available on that website, but after getting an email ID, I sent an email to that email ID and got a reply saying address not found. After this, I have doubts whether it is a fake company. I request others to investigate this before they get fooled. Thank you.
