Complaint Details
I had taken a loan from Bajaj Finance, and my EMI payment date was the 2nd of the month. The money was credited to my account on the 2nd itself, around 2 PM, so I thought the EMI would be automatically deducted before the end of the day. However, it was not deducted. Therefore, on the 3rd, I manually made the EMI payment myself. Even after that, Bajaj Finance has deducted ₹3,335 from my account, and I am not sure what this amount was charged for. Please clarify why ₹3,333 has been deducted and whether this amount can be refunded, as I had sufficient funds in my account on the due date and made the payment the very next day.
