Complaint Details
I was looking at an Instagram page for a dress shop. I purchased a dress for my child for Rs. 1350 via Gpay. Then, I asked for the courier slip, and he said there would be an extra amount for the delivery, which is a taxable charge. I did not pay the extra amount. Please cancel my order and refund my Rs. 1350. However, he told me to pay a cancellation charge after returning the payment. I am very worried. Please help me claim my Rs. 1350.
