I have received a loan statement held with my account with Axis Bank Personal loan Account or Agreement Number - PPR[protected], my complaint is simple I never wanted this amount I was just browsing to check rates however the loan is disbursed into my account without my consent, the loan seems to be disbursed into my it her bank account and I have being payi g my dues on time without fail. NOW POST REALISING I HAVE BEEN CHASING THE Bank called several times on their CUATOMER service number also visited at Branch Surat Bhagal, everytime I have been advised we are looking into the issue and will get back to you and an robo e-mail follows, today also raise fresh complaint no 71474647 and was advised we will investigate and get back to you is that difficult to confirm wether actually before disbursing do you take a consent or just disburse for browsing
