Denied to refund my money

I have made payment of Rs 3290 through credit card on 13 October to purchased saree combo pack to Auvirah Company, Which made saree. After confirmation of order ( Order #AU1050) and other [protected] , they have made delay in delivery drama and when we asked the reason then they told me our product are not ready as per quality issue. After two days later again they told me same reason for delay. This phenomenon have been made from 13 October,2026 to 23 October,2026 and till now for further. I have asked on mobile no.([protected])On 22 October of refund my payment as per policy then he denied and given reason to discuss his management for this case and tell me Tommorow.Today he sent me message on WhatsApp that refund is not possible and you chosen another saree to purchase and force me to deviate my choice which I have made at the time of purchase in online display.So it is requested to you refund my money on this purchase from Auvirah Company.
