Complaint Details
I booked an electric scooter with Ather Energy (Order ID: 06924683) by paying Rs 2499. After cancellation, they didn't refund my money. I registered an NCH complaint (Docket No: 10436934), where they promised to refund by Wednesday and closed my ticket (Case: 02574246) showing 'Successfully Resolved' without actually sending any money. I want my Rs 2499 refund along with Rs 50,000 compensation for mental harassment."
