Subject: Urgent Follow-up – Wrong Product Received – Order #5225 Dear NimbusPost Customer Support, This is a follow-up regarding my complaint for Order #5225 / AWB 7X102727629. I received a product that is completely different from what I ordered from ASVAA GROUP. I have already sent the details and photos as proof, but I have not received a response yet. Kindly look into this issue and help me arrange the return and full refund at the earliest. Please acknowledge my complaint and provide an update on the resolution. Thank you.
