Complaint Against Aqua Pure Jal for Non-Service Under AMC

Dear Sir; I am writing to formally raise a complaint for Aqua Pure Jal regarding the unacceptable service experience and apparent misrepresentation associated with the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) purchased for my water purifier. For the past six consecutive weeks, I have been repeatedly assured by your service team that a technician would visit every Saturday to carry out scheduled maintenance and filter replacement. Despite these repeated commitments, no technician has visited and no service has been provided to date. This persistent failure to honor your commitments demonstrates a serious deficiency in service and a disregard for customer obligations. Furthermore, I wish to highlight a matter of significant concern regarding the manner in which the AMC was sold to me. The technician who sold the AMC explicitly represented that they were authorized agents of Aquaguard. This representation was a key factor in my decision to purchase the AMC. Given the complete absence of service despite multiple follow-ups, I am now compelled to question the legitimacy of the claims made at the time of sale. The key issues are as follows: No maintenance, servicing, or filter replacement has been carried out despite full payment of the AMC charges. Repeated assurances and service commitments have not been honored. The AMC appears to have been procured based on misleading claims regarding authorization and affiliation. In view of the above, I hereby request: Immediate cancellation of the AMC contract. A full refund of the AMC amount paid. Please note that they have given all wrong phone numbers on the payment receipt and not picking up the call. Mb No -[protected] was given 1st time from Aqua pure jal .but now not responding my calls/emails.Have sent them 3 emails. Kindly assist to sue them and get my refund. Yours faithfully, Jason Fernandes
