I had recently brought an ambrane Power bank The product is defective.Customer service is not responsive , Its 20000mah battery but behaves like 5000mah I had messged in WhatsApp’s gmail ,Call but no response They will respond if messaged many and tell me to send photos ,I will send it but no response. I had tried many way but no use
