Refund recvest denied from amazone

I am a corporate professional and I have lost my hard-earned money on this order. I genuinely did not receive the product that I paid for. I received only an empty package. There was also a concerning issue with the delivery. On the 10th, the delivery partner called me and said “Hello,” and then immediately disconnected the call. After that, my delivery was put on hold. On the second day, I finally received the package. When I received it, I immediately noticed that the package was extremely light in weight. I opened it immediately after receiving the delivery and found that there was no product inside at all. The package was completely empty. I have photos and other supporting proofshowing the condition of the package, and I am ready to provide them for your investigation. I kindly request Amazon to investigate this matter, including the delivery partner and the shipment handling process. Please understand my situation. I have paid for a product that I never received, and this has caused me a genuine financial loss. I respectfully request you to process a full refund for my order as soon as possible.
