I purchased a Zebronics Sharp Pro webcam online through Amazon for my work purposes. After receiving the product, I found that it is not compatible with my work requirements, so I wanted to return it. When I tried to return the product, I found that the seller does not provide a return option for this item. I request Amazon to provide a return option for this product and arrange for a refund or replacement at the earliest.
