Upon receiving and opening the product, I noticed differences in the bottle and the product’s smell and texture, which raised serious concerns about its authenticity. I suspect that the product supplied to me may be counterfeit. I contacted Amazon and requested a refund, but my request was rejected. I am dissatisfied with Amazon’s handling of this issue and request an investigation into the product’s authenticity and a full refund of ₹621.
