Refund

I ordered fire boltt brillia pro but recived wrong product i return this product but return is dealey pick-up 23 September refund date is 3 October but they denied my refund i called them and they said me we are notable to refund do any thing what do you want we are not refunding your amount. Say me give us wrong product. But i give same product i recived.
