Complaint Details
I applied for rerurn of the product which was completely broken when i recieved it. They are postponing pickup saying verification failed which is completely untrue , even the customer agenta know 8m right i have provided images too, then i again ordered for replacement instead of return and now it says product not deliverable transit error. The customer agents too am not very knowledgeable about this issues they even cut my call mid conversation. The amount of mental stress and loss of money is unforgivable
