formal complaint against Ajio for misleading product images and refund request

I was really excited to receive the jacket I ordered from AJIO because the product images shown on the app looked very different and appealing. However, when I received the package, the jacket was completely different from what was advertised. This was extremely disappointing and hurt my trust in AJIO as a shopping platform. After checking the reviews, I also noticed that other customers seemed to have received the same different product. I paid my hard-earned money expecting the product shown on the app, not something completely different. Therefore, I demand a full refund from AJIO. If my issue is not resolved, I am prepared to escalate the matter and file a formal consumer complaint against AJIO for delivering a product that does not match its advertised images.I need compensation from AJIO shopping platform.
