Product in warranty but they not refund or replace the product. Product has manufacturing defect

**COMPLAINT REGARDING DEFECTIVE PRODUCT, MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND FAILURE OF AJIO TO RESOLVE THE CLAIM** **To,** The Hon’ble Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Dwarka Delhi **Subject: Complaint against AJIO for failure to resolve manufacturing defect claim despite repeated complaints** Respected Sir/Madam, I am filing this complaint against **AJIO** regarding a defective pair of shoes purchased through their platform. I purchased a pair of **Under Armour shoes from AJIO**. The product developed a serious **manufacturing defect within a few days of normal use, with the pasting/sole coming apart**. The product was advertised/sold with a **3-month manufacturing warranty**. I immediately contacted AJIO and raised a complaint regarding the defect. I have repeatedly provided the required photographs and evidence of the defect whenever requested by AJIO. However, despite submitting the necessary evidence multiple times, AJIO has failed to provide a proper resolution. AJIO has repeatedly asked me to provide photographs and information that I have already submitted, but has not taken effective action on my manufacturing defect claim. I was also given a resolution date, but even after the promised date, my complaint remains unresolved and I have not received a satisfactory response. This conduct has caused me unnecessary inconvenience, loss of time and mental harassment. I purchased the product expecting it to be free from manufacturing defects and to be covered by the stated warranty. I therefore request the Hon’ble Consumer Commission to take appropriate action against AJIO for **deficiency in service and failure to properly address my legitimate warranty/manufacturing defect claim**. ### I request the following relief: 1. **Replacement of the defective shoes with a new, defect-free pair OR a full refund of the purchase amount.** 2. Appropriate **compensation for the inconvenience, harassment and loss of time** caused by AJIO's failure to resolve the complaint. 3. Reimbursement of any reasonable expenses incurred in pursuing this complaint. 4. Appropriate directions to AJIO to honour the applicable manufacturing warranty and provide a proper resolution. 5. Any other relief that the Hon’ble Commission considers appropriate in the interest of justice. I am attaching supporting documents, including the **purchase invoice/order details, photographs/videos showing the manufacturing defect, warranty details, and records/screenshots of my communication and complaints with AJIO**. Despite giving AJIO sufficient opportunity to resolve the matter, the company has failed to provide an effective solution.
