Refund of airtel wifi connection

I shri Dipjyoti Guha Roy brought an airtel wifi connection on 01.10.2026 in my airtel number [protected] via upi payment system through an agent. After installation due to network issue I cancelled the connection. Further, they collect the wifi gadgets from my home but the refund amount of Rs. 1500 is still pending from the airtel company till date. After several emails and reminder emails they are not answering any of those instead of they block the messages which is itself a fraudulent activities shown by the company concern. Therefore, it is requested to kindly help me to provide the refund / remaining amount as eligible i.r.o my mobile number [protected] for cancellation of my airtel wifi connection.
