Complaint Details
Airtel Wifi company had informed that the plan given to me by them is unlimited. However there is a limit of 1000 GB informed by one of the relationship manager when called them for complaint. We are unable to use internet because of this miscommunication and it's hampering work.They had told to resolve the issue by updating the current router to Corporate with the same plan. However that also the company had not done. Therefore wanted to raise complaint for this miscommunication which caused lots of issues to me..
