Airtel Fiber Installation Not Completed

I am writing to formally escalate my complaint regarding my Airtel Xstream Fiber installation, for which I have already made the advance payment. The payment was made on 1 October, and I was clearly assured that the installation would be completed within 24 hours. However, today is 7 October, and more than 6 days have passed without any proper resolution. The situation has become more serious because the local Airtel vendor/representative contacted me and demanded an additional payment for the installation. He stated that if I do not make the extra payment, he does not have the required additional device/equipment or sufficient time to install the connection at my location. This is completely unacceptable, particularly when I have already paid the required advance amount to Airtel for the service. Despite the advance payment and the 24-hour installation commitment: - Installation is still pending. - No proper update or valid installation timeline has been provided. - The local vendor is demanding an additional payment. - The vendor has stated that without the extra payment, he cannot arrange the required equipment/time for installation. - My advance payment has still not been refunded. I request Airtel to immediately investigate the conduct of the local vendor and clarify why an additional payment is being demanded after I have already paid Airtel for the installation.
