Expiry product delivered, no manufacturing date and expiry date also not given that product

IAM A FERTILIZER DEALER IN ANDHRAPRADESH STATE, ELURU DISTRICT, KOYYALAGUDEM MANDAL, BAYYANAGUDEM VILLAGE I PURCHASED ON 28-08-2026 SPRYING FERTILIZER LIKE CALSIUM NITRATE 40 PACKETS *1KG FROM AGRIM WHOLE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, RECEIVING THAT PRODUCT ON 06-09-2026, That product bags are very dirty and unboxing video recorded and i raise a query in AGRIM App and bags opened video also recorded that material have no manufacturing date and no expiry date, Material also every single packet melting like rock and it's not dissolved in water, so I immediately raised number of query's then agrim team customer care equative Vikram Mehta told to me([protected]) I forwarded all videos and I explain CLEARLY AND send all videos to that person but no use .Then after Number of times I raised Quires in agrim app they call to me then received that call then they speaking in Hindi , aim I clearly says that I don't know Hindi please speak in English or Telugu then they answered, my Telugu known executive call to me but they cant respond then after I raised Quarries but no use ,Then I contact contact us module in agrim app but no use ..
