Complaint Details
I have ordered one dress on 6th oct 2026 and its not yet delivered. After multiple followups on chat bot it is keep on saying that order will arrive or will provide gift card. However, i am asking to cancel my order due to delayed delivery as this is their issue and its been a long to deliver the product. But they are denying and offering gift card which i dont want anymore to experience same.
