A FRAUD PERSON ON ISTA WHO CALLS HIMSELF A HACKER

Sir I read a insta page he called himself hacker...i doubt and was sure he is frauding people so I ask him to hack a whatsapp which was mine number of another phone he ask me 799 I paid ...just to take a proof of his doing then he another time ask me for money. After saying many things 1600 something he did it with many people..and i don't want my refund sir but I want please catch him he will do same things with many person in future I am sending him number of fraud he done [protected] and sir if I don't give him ruppes 1600 then he says he will say to another person whom I have said to hack luckily it was mine number but look sir he is blackmailing and many innocent people come in his aggression and pay more and more amount to just ignore another person to know ...!!
