Fraud

I ordered a saree from an Instagram seller named mahalaxmi_saree_65 and made the payment to them. After receiving my payment, they blocked me on Instagram and WhatsApp and did not deliver the saree or refund my money. I tried calling them on their number to resolve the issue, but the number is switched off and they are not responding to me in any way. This seller has taken my payment without providing the product or a refund, which I believe is fraudulent behaviour. I have not been able to reach them through any communication channel despite trying. I request that my full payment be refunded to me at the earliest, and that action be taken against this seller for not delivering the product and blocking me after taking payment.
